Case study : renovating Airbus A320/330/340 air-conditioning test benches

In a situation of declining performance by two test benches dedicated to the air-conditioning system of an aviation player's Airbus A320/330/340 fleet, this project involved ensuring their operational reliability by renovating the equipment's IT and acquisition portion.

Styrel handled the complete replacement of the I/Os, acquisition equipment, the LabVIEW system and the application. We took advantage of this opportunity to correct past malfunctions by utilising some non-operational control loops.
